How to participate in the Healthcare IT News Vacation Getaway Giveaway on the HIMSS12 Mobile Site
1. Go to www.himssconference.org/mobile
2. Click on Vacation Getaway Giveaway
3. Click “Get Started: Find participating booths to visit”
4. Enter your email address
5. Walk to a participating booth (all listed in that section of mobile site)
6. Using your phone’s QR reader, scan the QR code supplied by the exhibitor. If you do not have a QR reader, you can simply enter the exhibitor’s code manually.
7. Visit each participating booth and you’ll be entered to win!
Official Contest Rules
1. No purchase necessary.
2. Drawing is open to HIMSS12 conference attendees, excluding MedTech Media and any of its sponsors’ employees and family members.
3. Promotion will begin with the start of exhibit hours and end on Thursday, February 23 at 6:00 pm Pacific time.
4. MedTech Media reserves the right to cancel the contest in the event that the HIMSS12 conference is canceled or postponed.
5. Void where prohibited by law.
6. Limited to citizens residing in the continental United States.
7. Limited to participants aged 21 or older.
8. Winner does not need to be present to win.
9. Prizes will be awarded by MedTech Media as an independent judge, and the judge’s decision will be final.
10. Prize to be awarded is a $5,000 Liberty Travel gift certificate with no limitations.
11. Prize is non-transferable; no prize substitutions or cash equivalent permitted.
12. All entries are the property of MedTech Media.
13. MedTech Media is not responsible for lost, ineligible, incomplete, late, or misplaced entries.
14. In order to be eligible, attendees are required to visit each participating booth and scan a QR (quick response) code. After scanning each booth’s QR code, attendees will be entered to win the prize.
