The Carter Presidential Center: Home to the Jimmy Carter Library & Museum, where millions of pages from the thirty-ninth presidency are archived. The museum re-opened last fall after a $10 million redesign, and for the first time includes a major section on Carter’s work after leaving the White House. The Carter-King Peace Trail creates a 1.5 mile pedestrian and bike path between the Carter Center and the Martin Luther King, Jr. National Historic Site.

Turner Field: After hosting the 1996 Summer Olympic Games, this landmark was converted into a baseball-only, open-air, natural grass facility, becoming the “Home of the Braves” in 1997. Tours are offered year-round and include admission to the Braves Museum and Hall of Fame.

The World of Coca-Cola at Pemberton Place: This brand-new facility opened in 2007 and celebrates the famous drink that got its start in Atlanta.
