Hotel Reservation Alert for HIMSS12 Attendees!
It seems several unaffiliated wholesale hotel/travel groups have been soliciting HIMSS participants and offering hotel accommodations for 2012 Annual HIMSS Conference & Exhibition in Las Vegas. Unofficial companies may be offering discounted or wholesale hotel pricing. Neither HIMSS nor onPeak, the HIMSS12 Official Hotel Partner, can verify the authenticity of such companies or their representations, and will not be able to provide a resolution to issues related to such reservations.
If you still need accommodations for the 2012 Annual HIMSS Conference & Exhibition, you can do so safely, here.
Info for International Travelers
HIMSS is a global organization, so more than a few of the HIMSS12 attendees will be coming from outside the United States. As an added incentive for our international guests, HIMSS offers group discount packages. For more information on these options, as well as other considerations for international travelers, go to http://www.himssconference.org/for_travelers/default.aspx.
