The Allscripts Remote solution was developed to help providers remotely control their Allscripts EHR or Allscripts Professional EHR from any location. The solution is expected to allow providers to access their practices’ EHR through an Apple iPhone, iPod Touch, BlackBerry, or Windows Mobile device. By using Allscripts Remote, physicians have the option make medical decisions that need to be made while out of the office. All instances are recorded when the solution is used by clinical staff.
